Jacob Biby limits his practice to helping individuals who have been injured by the negligence of another person or corporation. Jacob currently manages the Martin Jean and Jackson Tulsa office. In the Tulsa office, Jacob manages personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial. In his career, Jacob has gained extensive experience in personal injury litigation which have led to several favorable trial outcomes for his clients. 
Jacob earned his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in 2005 and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 2008. He is licensed to practice in the District Courts of Oklahoma. He is also licensed to practice before all of the Federal District Courts of Oklahoma.
Since becoming licensed, Jacob has been elected to serve on the Oklahoma Bar Association Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division (2010-2012) and Kay County Bar President (2010). Jacob is also active in the Lawyers Against Hunger and Tulsa Professionals against Hunger an Iron Gate Mission programs.
Most recently, Jacob has been named a 2012 Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in the field of Personal Injury Litigation. This is a distinction bestowed upon less than 3% of all lawyers.
Jacob resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife Christy and their son Brody.
