About the Keenan Trial Institute

Founded by famed personal injury and wrongful death attorney Don Keenan, the Keenan Trial Institute offers in-depth undergraduate and graduate courses for practicing plaintiff’s attorneys. Covering everything from voir dire to mediation strategies, the Keenan Trial Institute has a range of comprehensive courses that touch on every aspect of the trial process, all while allowing students to work through real live cases. In order to qualify for the graduate courses on advanced topics, a student must first complete seven full courses from the undergraduate series.

Completing this exceptionally rigorous program from start to finish is no easy task, and we commend Attorney Jackson for his commitment to continuing legal education. Now an official graduate of the Keenan Trial Institute, he will be uniquely positioned to provide even more powerful trial representation for the injured.
